    Zendesk Marketing Case Study

    Elevate My Brand (EMB) had the pleasure of working with Zendesk on several client-focused events in 2016 & 2017 to educate, engage and connect with their customer base and potential prospects. The events ranged from tech talks and exclusive networking events throughout the country that featured guests such as the CEO of DocuSign, Daniel Springer, VP of Consulting and Customer Success at Box, Tim Smith, and the Co-Founder of LootCrate, Matthew Arevalo. EMB partnered with venues and brands to create experiences full of good conversations, delicious food and tasty cocktails!

    The Challenge

    Zendesk sought to engage clients and prospects nationwide with exclusive events that offered face time to both clients and prospects in order to increase awareness, attendance and engagement at external Zendesk events.   

    The Results

    By curating events nationwide Zendesk was able to impactfully connect with customers and potential customers, leading  to revived conversations on streamlining and improving customer service tools within their businesses.
