Elevate My Brand has been around for over 16+ years. In that time, we’ve worked with brands in nearly every industry, over 400 brands including but not limited to consumer packaged goods (CPG), fintech, kids and toys, law and business services. You name it, we’ve elevated it.
We work with clients to meet the needs of their budget. After completion of the initial Discovery Phase, we customize a scope of work based on our insights and findings. At EMB, we don’t believe in scope creep; you can expect transparency throughout our entire relationship. We get this question a lot, and while we can’t tell you what to spend without doing our research, we can educate and provide resources to make the best decision for your brand. If you have a million-dollar budget, great! And for those who have to take baby steps, we’ve got you.
Each deliverable is different. The turnaround time on a request depends on the size and scope of the project. At EMB, transparency is one of our core values, so we will always be upfront about how much time it will take to succeed. For general marketing collateral such as one-pagers, business cards, press releases and blog posts, you can expect a one-week deadline. For full marketing campaigns, it may take weeks to put together a strategy and timeline. On rare occasions, we can do rush requests for an additional fee. These timelines are baked into your personalized dashboard so you never have to chase us down for deliverables…don’t you hate it when you have to do that?
We believe it’s better to underpromise and overdeliver. With that said, most brands take 12-18 months to optimize their omnichannel marketing efforts. Most will see a return sooner than that and everything we work on is tracked and measured against key performance indicators that we all agree on so that you can see monthly, quarterly and annual progress. Marketing is not sales; it is a relationship-building strategy, so we have to play the long game to be successful. Any marketing agency that promises specific results within a set timeline isn’t being fully truthful with you. There are too many factors, such as economic shifts, public policy updates, platform algorithm changes and competitor behaviors, to be certain of the end results. What we can promise, however, is a creative, data-driven strategy that flexes in real-time to move your brand forward at each step.
Each client has a main point of contact and a backup contact for their account. We work in a “pod model,” which means your account is supported by a whole team of experts in their respective areas. This also means that you aren’t sold into the firm by our senior team and then handed off to someone junior without experience. Every one of the EMB team members is a true expert in their field. During our Discovery Phase, we will outline your needs and opportunities so we can hand-select the best team for your brand. We bring your team in as needed, so not everyone will be on every call, but you will meet all of our friendly faces on your kick-off call.
We play well in the sandbox with others, so we welcome existing team members or other vendors you’re currently working with who are already delivering value for you. At EMB, we have no ego about marketing. We’re happy to collaboratively develop a process and workflow that meets everyone’s needs and supports your brand’s goals.
Full-service means we do it all, from digital marketing to the experiential side of things. The best part about working with a full-service agency is that your marketing is streamlined and you don’t have to manage multiple teams with their own processes and personalities.
First of all we want to make sure you know that a KPI is just a fancy marketing term for key performance indicators or metrics we’re tracking towards your success. Part of our goal is to make you a smarter business owner or team and that includes education and not jargony BS you might get from other teams. We have a full list of KPIs that are broken out by marketing channel, such as website, social, ads, etc. When you work with us and go through the Discovery Phase, we define the correct KPIs and baselines we need to be tracking from and for your brand.
Once the Discovery scope is reviewed and the contract is signed, you receive a short series of emails that share the details of our process, solicit the access points we need for your brand and are then invited to a kick-off call to review our next steps and address any lingering questions. We want to make sure the process, team, metrics, all of it is crystal clear and more than clear, that you’re excited about working with us. This can and should be fun.
The one constant in marketing is that there are no constants. It takes time and intention to keep up with the trends and latest innovations. Most people can do it, but most people simply don’t have the time. We’re members of private marketing groups, attendees and speakers at leading marketing events and friends with leaders across the marketing universe. We’re constantly developing and sharing news and updates through our blogs and newsletters to keep you informed so you can focus on your business and leave the trend watching to us.
We work with radical transparency and believe in collaboration and communication, so you will always know where we are in our process. For the first few months, we send all collateral to be approved. The approval process is simple and requires minimal lift from you and your team.. Once you feel comfortable in the process and confident in our abilities, we move to a more streamlined process that only requires approval on new, nonstandard content. We want to ensure we understand your journey and voice before we take the wheel.
Yes! After the scope is signed, we determine who the point of contact (POC) will be on your team to streamline communication. That said, you don’t necessarily need a full-time dedicated in-house marketer to communicate with us. Think of us as your fractionalized marketing team and an expansion of your brand.
Yes! As a full-service agency, we do it all. From the full digital marketing suite to experiential and everything in between. We would never develop a strategy and then kick you out of the nest and tell you to have fun executing. We know that when you come to us it’s because you may need light touch or full scope support. We can flex to fill your needs.
Yes! While we don’t have templated scopes, we do have hourly marketing packages that appeal to even the tightest marketing budgets.
In our 16 years as an agency, we’ve worked with over 400 brands. To ensure we maintain strong relationships with our current clients and can assign the right teams to execute beautifully for each one, we work with around 20 clients in a year.
