For those of you that have followed along know that I’m a bit of a fashion diva. I love clothes, I love shoes, I love make-up, I love all the girly things. But today I wanted to talk to you a little bit about why fashion and leadership go so hand and hand. For me it’s really about showing up in the best way you possibly can and so whether that is showing up in a fabulous outfit with pops of color, big jewelry, whatever that means to you, it’s really important to understand what helps you show up in the best version of yourself for your clients, for yourself, while you are out networking all that good stuff. For me that’s really fashion related. As a creative agency, we are expected to do a lot of creative work – branding, messaging, event product for our clients and so for me, fashion is about showing up creative for myself. It’s my creative outlet, it’s my way of expression my vision for every single day. Some days I’m Posh Spice, other days I’m corporate Betty and you know there is kind of a broad spectrum of the kind of fashion that I like to wear and how I show up in the world. Obviously today I’m a little punk rocker chic with a pop of color and that really makes me feel like a powerhouse, so I truly believe that fashion and leadership go hand and hand and I hope you check out some of our other outfits on our Instagram page.
