A few weeks ago Santa Monica was full of more than the usual tourist groups, instead it was full of marketers for DigiMarcon who were hungry and ready to learn. Our very own Laurel Mintz was invited to speak and share a little of her marketing knowledge with the world.
Laurel discussed the importance of taking the steps to move a marketing strategy forward with a holistic approach. Touch points include the importance of keeping up with trends without getting lost in them (i.e. social media), integrating new and innovative marketing tools to reach customers via apps, geo-targeting and current lists and the importance of execution on those tactics to ultimately result in repeat business and loyal consumers.
